Samuel James Phillips, 21, of rural Richland Center, died Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at home surrounded by his family. Samuel was born in Texas on March 6, 1997. Survivors include his mother Thelma Phillips of rural Richland Center; two brothers, David (Amy) Phillips of Sturgeon Bay, John Phillips at home; sister, Christina (Mark) Olson of Westby; nieces and nephews: Aleesha (Cody) Gillingham of Beaver Dam; Mikkel, Riel, Rafael Phillips of Sturgeon Bay; Nathaniel Phillips of Richland Center;… Read More » Martina, Mark Jr, Marshall Olson of Westby.

Samuel was preceded in death by his father Virgil and brothers Matthew and Daniel. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at the Pratt Memorial Chapel. Pastor Duane Wallace will officiate with burial in the Loyd Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Pratt Memorial Chapel on Saturday from 1:00 pm until the time of the services. The Pratt Funeral Service is assisting the family with their arrangements. Online condolences may be made at www.
