Sherri’s Obituary Sherri Lynn Jones, 55, of Sweet Springs, MO, died Sunday, February 10, 2019. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 15, 2019 at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Sweet Springs.

Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Friday at the funeral home in Marshall. Memorials are suggested to family choice and an online guestbook is available at www. campbell-lewis.com Born July 2, 1963 in Pittsfield, IL, she was the daughter of the late Milton Bernard Crim and Charlene Cheek Crim.

Sherri lived in Saline County most of her life and worked as a certified nurse’s aide. On December 3, 1992 she met James Robert Evans and he survives of the home. Sherri enjoyed fishing, going to the races, and playing with all her grandchildren.

In addition to her companion, she is survived by four children: Erica Jones (Trent Croka) of Sweet Springs, Stephanie Brown (Josh Brown) of Marshall, Samantha Evans of Sweet Springs, and Brandon Evans (Alyssa Hamblen) of Concordia; seven grandchildren: Shakota, Alexis, Lily, Justin, Jayven, Layton, and Bentlee; two brothers, Gene Crim of Marshall and Rick Crim of Baylis, IL; her companion’s siblings who considered Sherri their sister: Diana Evans, Debbie Evans, Denise Johnson, Dennis Evans, Jeanette Rigatti, and Melissa Evans; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.
