Obituary Sheryl Ann Meckel March 21, 1951 – February 3, 2019 Lifelong Boerne resident, Sheryl Ann Meckel passed away Sunday, February 3, 2019 at the age of 67. She was born to Randall Earl Edge and Maxine Class Edge on March 21, 1951 in Boerne, Texas. Sheryl spent her full career working for USAA.

She and Bill were looking forward to celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary on September 20th of this year. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, William “Bill” Arno Meckel; daughter Lisa Toepperwein and son-in-law Mark; and two granddaughters Kayla and Mariah Toepperwein. She is preceded in death by both parents.

Sheryl enjoyed spending time with family and friends shopping and playing games. She especially loved doing things with her granddaughters. Visitation will be held Friday, February 8, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Ebensberger-Fisher Funeral Home.

A Graveside service will be on Saturday, February 9, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at the Boerne Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please donate to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital at www. stjude.org.
