Obituary for Stacy Ann Lande Stacy Ann Lande, 47, of Hager City, died, along with her two grandsons as the result of a car accident on July 14, 2018. She was born December 20, 1970 in Lake City to Bud and Peggy (McDeid) Lande. She grew up in Lake City and attended school there.

She worked at the Lake City Care Center before leaving to raise her four boys. Stacy became the go to person for childcare for her whole family. She helped raise and look after not only her children, but her nieces, nephews, and all of her grandchildren.

She adored being a grandma. She loved having the kids and grandkids over to her house. In fact, she loved having as many people over at her house as she could fit.

She was a wonderful baker, cook, and was always the life of the party. Whatever song was playing was her favorite song, at least until the next one came on. Stacy loved movies, especially horror movies.

She had managed to watch most the movies on Netflix, including the films for foreign markets. She didn’t need to speak the language to enjoy the movie. She loved going to a good thrift store and always managed to find impressive deals.

She was also a collector of cows, costume jewelry, and comfy pajamas. She is survived by her partner, Robert Welch of Hager City; sons, Christopher (Melanie Bahl) of Red Wing, Andrew (Kayla Meyer) of Red Wing, Tyler (Dominique Vodinelich) of Hager City and Nicholas (Madeline Largray) of Red Wing; grandchildren, Skyler, Ryder, Kaydenn, Kennley, Preston and Adrian; mother, Peggy “Lill Grandma” McDeid; siblings, Jeremy (Chery) McDeid of Lake City, Penny Kropidlowski of Winona, Shirleen (Bruce) Larson of Winona, Linda Kranz of Rochester, Angie Stricklin of California, Lynette Lande of Winona, Mary Powers of Wabasha, Ron (Sandy) of Rolling Stone and Dick (Kathy) Lande of Winona; many nieces, nephews, other family, and many friends. She was preceded in death by her father; daughter-in-law, Marya Christiansen; grandsons, Zach and Taylor Johnson and her nephew, Kelly Johnson.
