Sue Mary Larsen, 74 of Tremonton, Utah passed away peacefully at her daughter’s home in Roy, surrounded by family on Saturday Jan. 19, 2019. Sue was born in Ogden, Utah on Oct.

25, 1944. In February of 1987 she married Paul Thomas Larsen of Tremonton, UT, who was by her side in passing. A graduate of Ben Lomond High School and later completed a year of extended education at Weber State University.

She also obtained a welding certificate from Ogden Applied Technology Center and was a retiree of Autoliv. Sue was incredibly creative and loved to cook, craft, knit and crochet, but her true love was stipple art work. She drew inspiration from her travels and love of the Utah mountains and National Parks.

One of her most prized stipple drawings was of Ben Lomond Peak. She also loved thrifting and had a great eye for antiques. She was a devoted wife and a loving and patient Mother.

She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Sue is survived by her loving husband of 32 years, Paul T. Larsen, children Nicole L. Snyder, Maryann Davis, Carolyn S. Harris, Kristine Jenkins, Katherine and Ken Scharman, Keith M. and Shanna Larsen, siblings Shelley K. Stark, Thomas H. Woods, Harold N. Hoyal, Kenneth W. Hoyal and Janet E. Brian. With love she also leaves behind 14 Grandchildren, Amanda, Misty, Kyle, Kenzie, Dustin and Carrie, Aime, Jake and Kristie, Chandler, Kellan, Hayden, Haleigh, Audrye, Gracie and Ty and 5 Great Grandchildren.

Sue is preceded in death by her father Harold Pratt Woods, mother Faye Mary Hoyal, stepfather Norman Samual Hoyal, daughter Joe Marie Snyder, son Shaun D. Snyder, and great granddaughter Maeleigh Jenkins. Our family would like to extend our sincere gratitude to her hospice care team. Taylor and Rose demonstrated such love, support and respect in their care for Sue and our family.

A reception will be held in her honor on Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2019 from 6pm-8pm at Aaron’s Mortuary located at 496 24th St in Ogden, UT.
