David Worthen July 15, 1957 – January 13, 2019 On January 13, 2019 David Worthen, 61, of Farr West, Utah passed from this earth to return to live with his Heavenly Father. David is the son of Jack B. Worthen and Grace L. Hoopes. He passed away following complications from surgery.

He was born July 15, 1957 in Tacoma Washington. David was the oldest of seven children. David is survived by his Father, Jack B. Worthen (Bonnie); Mother, Grace Hoopes; Brothers and Sisters: Mark Worthen (Shelly) , Kimberly Hewson (Tom), Gary Worthen (Jamie), Jeff Worthen, Mike Worthen, Michelle Smith (Bill); nieces and nephews.

David enjoyed boating, camping, snowmobiling, spending time with family and friends. David also loved serving the Lord and was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 17, 2019 at 11 am with a viewing prior to the service from 10 to 1045 am at the Farr West Stake Center, 2132 W 2700 N, Farr West, Utah.
