Mary Elizabeth Quinley Our sweet Mary left us on January 7, 2019. She was born November 18, 1934 in Topeka, Kansas to Frank and Jessie Metzger. She married James Richard Quinley on December 29, 1957.

They moved their family to Utah in 1968 calling it home since. Mary was a faithful member of the Clearfield Community Church. She worked at Futura Industries for 20 years then spent 18 years as a devoted volunteer at Davis Hospital where she made friends easily and touched many lives with her humor and sincerity.

Mary liked to read, do crossword puzzles, cross stitch, attend concerts in the park and travel the world. She enjoyed Country music, ice cream and Dr. Phil. Mary always greeted you with a smile, a sweet hello or a joke to make you giggle.

Our beautiful lady enjoyed her friends and neighbors, going to lunch, playing cards and bingo. Mary especially enjoyed her family, whether it was going to dinner, four-wheeling or shopping, she was always content to be along for the ride. Mary is survived by her children, Steffanie (Evin) Barlowe, David (Kelli) Quinley, Charles Quinley (Dominick Vitale); her grandchildren, Ryan, Lindsey, Brady and Caleb, and five great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James; parents; brothers; and daughter, Christina Quinley. Memorial Services will be held Saturday, January 12, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the Clearfield Community Church, 525 East 200 South. Interment will be at the Kaysville City Cemetery on a later date.
