Marty James Seber, 58, passed away Sunday, January 6, 2019 at McKay Dee Hospital in Ogden, UT. He was born January 13, 1960 in Brigham City, UT to James Albert and Janet Madeline Ashley Seber. He married Charlie Ileen Clawson on February 2, 1985 in Mantua, UT.

Their marriage was later solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple. He attended both Granger High School and Box Elder High School and has been a lifelong resident of Box Elder County. He was known as the “Ultimate Horseman” and spent many hours riding and caring for his horses.

He loved camping, boating, fishing and spending time with his family and grandchildren playing horse shoes, telling jokes and singing. He owned and operated Custom Country Ceramic Tile and worked alongside his Son Rhett for many years. Marty is survived by his Loving Wife: Charlie, Children: Rhett Seber (Holly), Marlie Cannon (Rusty), two Grandchildren: Ruger and Colt Cannon; Mother: Janet Fisher Nelson (Steve), Siblings: Connie Ashley (Dave), Diana White (Dan) and Jesse Seber (Cami); Step-siblings: Scott Fisher (Wanda), Pat Joyner (Emmett) and Richard Fisher.

He was preceded in death by his Father James: Step-Father: Joe Fisher and Siblings: Margaret Barrera and Douglas Seber. Funeral Services will be held Friday, January 11, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at The Brigham City 11th Ward Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 506 S. 200 E., Brigham City, UT. Viewing will be held Thursday from 6-8 p.m. at Myers Mortuary, 205 S. 100 E., Brigham City, UT and Friday from 11:30-12:30 p.m. at the Church prior to the services.

Interment will follow in the Brigham City Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Myers Brigham City Mortuary.
