Thomas F Gallagher, 84 of North Haven died peacefully on July 10, 2018 with his grandsons by his side. Born September 26, 1933 in New Haven, the son of the late Francis X. and Margaret (Grace) Gallagher. After graduating Notre Dame High School, Class of 1951, he proudly served in the army where he completed Boot Camp at Camp Kilmer, New Jersey before being shipped off to Alaska.

Upon his return from the service he then graduated from the University of New Haven. He began his career in the banking industry before founding his own accounting services company Computer Sales Associates in the 80s. A man of few words with an easy-going sense of style, Tom was well liked by all who knew him.

He enjoyed many summers vacationing in Ogunquit, Maine with his six grandchildren at the beach. He is survived by his ex-wife Lynn, his children Leo (Mary Ann) Gallagher of Northford, Wendy (Paul) Saracco of Hamden, Ted (Linda) Gallagher of Hamden, and his 6 grandchildren Ryan and Jared Gallagher, Maria, Meghan, Sofia and Ava Saracco. He was predeceased by his daughter Margot Gallagher of Miami Florida.

Visiting hours will be held Monday evening from 4 to 7 PM in the Iovanne Funeral Home, Inc. 11 Wooster Pl. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Saint Michael Church 29 Wooster Pl. New Haven on Tuesday July 17 at 10:30 am.
