Timothy’s Obituary Timothy “Tim” Stratmann, 39, of Troy, MO passed away at his home on Friday, February 22, 2019 . He was born on April 26, 1979 in St. Louis,MO. He attended the local schools along with his brothers Michael and Ray, graduating from Ritenour High School.

Tim began his career in construction and later worked in asbestos removal as long as his health permitted. He is survived by his parents ; Pete and Carla Arriola of Troy, two brothers; Michael Stratmann of Troy, Ray and wife Jodie Arriola of St. Peters, grandparents; Mary and David Dennis of Prescott, Arizona, nieces and nephews; Ashley Stratmann, Michael Stratmann, Abby Stratmann, Lexi and Radley Arriola, beloved aunts, uncles, cousins to numerous to mention. His long battle with Huntington’s is over , Thank you to Terrie, Barb, Ed, Ashley, Linda , Sara (deceased) , trusted and beloved care partners.

Many thanks to Movement Disorder Clinic -Wash U staff. doctors, especially Stacy K. Barton, MSW, LCSW. Before Huntington’s took his strength, Tim loved to play football and hockey with friends, loved to travel and drive very fast!

He loved life and embraced it with his infectious laugh and a smile that would light up a room! Tim was a sports fanatic. followed the Blues, Cardinals and Kansas City Chiefs.

He was a champion at x-box games and was always up for a challenge. He was preceded in death by his father and his grandmother: Juanita Thornburgh. A Celebration of Life/Open House will be held on March 9, 2019 from 2 p.m.- 6 p.m. at his mother’s home.
