“Tina” Christina D. Castle, 45 of Grand Island died Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at CHI Health St. Francis with her loving family at her side. To honor Tina’s wishes cremation has taken place. Her family will host a private family service.

All Faiths Funeral Home of Grand Island is entrusted with the arrangements. Tina was born February 1, 1973 at Chadron, Nebraska the daughter of Gary and Elaine (Harris) Zobel. She was raised and received her education in Chadron graduating from Chadron High School.

She raised her daughters in Sutherland, a town she always referred to as home. Later they moved to Phoenix, Arizona. On December 27, 2013 she was united in marriage to Roger Castle.

They have lived in Grand Island since 2016. Tina’s greatest enjoyment was taking care of her family. She loved being a wife, mother and grandmother.

Those left to always cherish her memory are her husband, Roger; her mother, Elaine Zobel; daughters, Farraen (Reyner) Ryanto, Haelly (Phillip) Pease and Leslie (James) Fonda; step-daughter, Trenda Castle and fiancé Michael Keays; step-sons, Shane and Dylan Castle; granddaughter, Nicole Pease and soon to be baby Keays; her siblings, Lance (Misty) Zobel and Tanya (Scott) Kennedy; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father, Gary Zobel and grandparents, David and Fern Fox, Robert and Marilyn Harris and Lee and Virginia Zobel. Online condolences may be sent to www.
