Obituary for Tommy Franklin Cumbee Tommy Franklin Cumbee, 78 of Newnan, passed away Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at Piedmont Newnan Hospital. Tommy was born December 15, 1939 in LaGrange to the late James Cumbee & Inez Duke. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son Tommy F. Cumbee, Jr. and brother Jimmy Cumbee.

The funeral is Saturday, December 15, 2018 at 2 o’clock in the chapel of McKoon Funeral Home with burial following at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will greet friends beginning at 1:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Condolences can be expressed online at www.
