Obituary of Valmore Bedard, Jr. Valmore A. Bedard Jr., 53, of Princess Anne, died on Friday, January 25, 2019, peacefully at his home. Born on August 24, 1965 in Easton, MD, he was the son of Joyce Harding Bedard and the late Valmore A. Bedard, Sr. Valmore graduated from Cambridge South Dorchester High School, class of 1985. He was employed as a shipping currier.

Valmore was an advocate for people with disabilities (SCS) and even testified in front of Congress fighting for handicap rights. He enjoyed fishing, bowling in his younger years, sports, attending baseball games, and loved music. He was an avid Baltimore/Indianapolis Colts fan.

Valmore is survived by his mother Joyce H. Bedard of Seaford, a brother Michael E. Bedard of Watertown, NY, a nephew Christopher Bedard, a niece Eleni Bedard, two step-brothers Duane Carneal and Curtis Carneal, two step sisters Darlene Carneal and Sharon Bonneau, and a half-sister Amanda Becker. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 31, 2019 at 11:00 am at Holloway Funeral Home, Salisbury. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
