Joyce A. Williams May 7, 1954 – January 8, 2019 Joyce A. Williams, 64, of Millsboro, DE, departed this life on Tuesday, January 8, 2019, at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital in Seaford, DE. Born in Seaford, she was the daughter of the late Collia Samuel Morris and Helen Etta Lewis Morris. Mrs. Williams was a member of Emmanuel Wesleyan Church in Salisbury.

Prior to retiring after 44 years of service, she was a Respiratory Therapist at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury. She will be lovingly remembered by: her husband, Charles Edward Williams; a daughter, Lisa M. Taylor (Rev. Christopher); a son, Rev.

Christopher M. Williams (Marietta); a brother, Edward L. Morris (Kathy); a niece, Amber Moseley (Joe); a nephew, Joshua Morris; seven grandchildren, Sean Williams, Anika Williams, Elliot Williams, Madison Taylor, Silas Taylor, Isabella Taylor, and Emerson Taylor; several cousins, other relatives, in-laws, and friends. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a brother, James Morris. Mrs. Williams will lie in repose on Friday, January 11, 2019, from 4 to 6 PM at Lewis N. Watson Funeral Home, P.A., 1618 West Road, Salisbury and Saturday, January 12, 2019, from 10 to 11 AM at Emmanuel Wesleyan Church, 217 Beaglin Park Drive, Salisbury.

The funeral service will begin at 11 AM. Interment will follow at Laurel Hill Cemetery in Laurel, DE.
