Obituary of Margaret Brittingham Margaret Catherine Brittingham, 91, of Salisbury, passed away on Friday, January 18, 2019, peacefully at Hartley Hall Nursing Home. Born on January 10, 1928 in Delaware, she was the daughter of the late Calvin Mumford and Hazel Hearthway Cox. Margaret was very family oriented and cherished each one dearly.

She was a member of Park Seventh Day Adventist Church in Salisbury. Margaret is survived by Daughter, Betty Lou Howard and her husband Carey of Chincoteague, VA ; a son, Michael James Brittingham and his wife Jeanne of Parsonsburg; a daughter-in-law, Paula Brittingham of Laurel, DE, eight grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Margaret is preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Clayton Brittingham, a son, Larry “Butch” Dale Brittingham, two brothers and a sister.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Park SDA, 31525 John Deere Drive, Salisbury, MD 21804. A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 25, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Holloway Funeral Home in Pocomoke with Pastor Kenneth Scheller officiating. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

Interment will follow at Portersville Cemetery in Stockton, MD. Arrangements are in the care of Holloway Funeral Home, P.A., 501 Snow Hill Road, Salisbury, MD 21804. To send condolences to the family, please visit www.
