Victor’s Obituary PERCY – Victor Brueggemann, 66, of Waterloo, Illinois, formerly of Percy, Illinois, passed away at 5:21 pm, Friday, February 22, 2019m, at New Athens, Illinois. Victor was born in Chester, Illinois, on November 13, 1952, the son of Chris F. and Norma Helfers Brueggemann. He was Retired.

Victor was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Waterloo, Rod and Gun Club in Schuline and Ducks Unlimited. Victor is survived by four sisters, Christa Parker of Steeleville, Helen (Bill) Miller of Hernando, MS, Perna (Steve) Stafford of Westcliffe, CO and Dianne (Dennis) Mines of Sparta; and several nieces and nephews. Victor was preceded in death by his Parents and one nephew, Jason.

Funeral service will be held at 2 pm, Tuesday, February 26, 2019, at Wilson’s Funeral Home, Steeleville, with Rev. William F. Engfehr, III officiating. Burial will follow at St. Mark’s Lutheran Cemetery, Steeleville.

Visitation will be at Wilson’s Funeral Home, Steeleville, where friends may call from 11 am until 2 pm Tuesday. Memorials may be given to Immanuel Lutheran Church, Waterloo or New Athens Home for the Aged.
