OBITUARY Virginia Chace April 25, 1926 – October 21, 2018 Virginia L. (Peck) Chace, age 92, of Swansea, passed away on Sunday, October 21, 2018 at Charlton Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of the late Russell E. Chace. Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of the late Lester Peck and Dorothy (Hilton) Peck.

Ginny was a graduate of East Providence High School, Class of 1944. A member of First Baptist Church, Swansea, Ginny was their Church Secretary for 40 years after leaving the banking industry to raise her children. She loved spending time with her family; baking for them and playing card games.

She is survived by her daughters, Nancy Britto of Swansea, Linda O’Brien and her husband Kevin of North Attleboro; two grandchildren, Kelly Britto and her partner Jason David and Aaron Britto and his partner Tessa; two great-grandchildren, Davon Robertson and Weston David. Virginia was pre-deceased by her sister, Doris Peck and son-in-law, T.J Britto. Contributions in her memory may be made to, First Baptist Church, 21 Baptist Street, Swansea, MA 02777.

All services will be private at the request of the family.
