She was preceded in death by; her husband Normand Couture, son Ricardo Alvarez, daughter Norma Smith and husband Lyle, son in law Stan Salyar and granddaughter Lori Alvarez Baldelli. She is survived by; her children Armando Alvarez and wife Denece, Jorge Couture and wife Charlene Creel, Roberto Couture and wife Vivian, Maria Salyer, Virginia Doughtery and husband Zach; niece Gloria Padilla; grandchildren Billy J. Smith and wife Toni, Normand Smith, Lee Alvarez, Amber Salyer, Kristopher Salyer, Alex Couture, Sarah Couture, Lily Doughtery and Bruce Doughtery; great-grandchildren Mia, Billy Jr, Michael, Paul, Joshua, Mayala, Jace, Melody-Rose and many other family members.

A Rosary will be recited on Monday, March 11, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. followed by mass of Christian burial at 10:00 a.m. all to be held at Holy Child Parish in Tijeras, NM. Interment will follow at the Mountain Valley Cemetery in Edgewood, NM. A reception will be hosted by Normand, Billy and Toni Smith in Edgewood, NM.

Pallbearers will be Armando Alvarez, Jorge Couture, Billy J. Smith, Normand Smith, Kristopher Salyer, and Alex Couture. Honorary pallbearers will be Billy Smith Jr, Michael Guelfi, Paul Alvarez, and Joshua Salyer.
