William “Bill” J. Bryan, age 82, of Hot Springs, passed away on Saturday, July 28, 2018. He was born on January 25, 1936 in McKeesport, Pennsylvania the son of John Henry Bryan and Lois Morgan Bryan. In May of 1968, he married Edra Stovall Bryan.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Lena Greco Bryan; his parents; one brother, Joseph Bryan; and one son, Roy Mack Thomas. Bill was a Christian in faith. He proudly served his country with honor as a United States Marine.

He worked for over forty years as an electrician for Kaiser Steel in Fontana, California. After retiring, he relocated to Hot Springs with his family where he worked for over twenty years at Earl Gill Coffee Co He was a loyal Cardinals baseball fan and loved spending his free time out on the water fishing.

But his greatest legacy will be that of a loving and caring family man. His loving family will never forget the shock he had on his face when they presented him with a 1967 blue El Camino to replace the first one he had to let go of 45 years earlier to provide for his family. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him.

He is survived by his wife of fifty years, Edra Bryan of Hot Springs; four sons and daughters-in-law, Mike and Francine Bryan of Bedford, VA; William J. Bryan Jr. and Tami Bryan of San Bernadino, CA; Tim and Amanda Bryan of Land O’ Lakes, FL; and Randall and Kassie Wood of Hot Springs, AR; two daughters and one son-in-law, Terri and Jimmy Willis of Hot Springs; and Christine Crisanti of Big Bear, CA; seventeen grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; his brother and sister-in-law Paul and Nita Bryan of Longview, TX; his sister and brother-in-law Carole and Jerry Bikori of Sacramento, CA; as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and a host of wonderful friends. Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, July 30, 2018, at the Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Hot Springs, with pastor Carroll Graybeal officiating. Guest registry is at www.
