Yvonne Yacovelli, 55, of Hazlet, New Jersey, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, June 17, 2018. Yvonne was born on September 8, 1962 in Newark, New Jersey, and was raised and lived her entire life in Hazlet. She worked as a hairdresser for John Anthony Paul Salon for many years.

Yvonne was a genuine, good hearted person and shared her love with everyone around her. She loved the sun and summer weather, and some of her favorite times were spent enjoying some time in the sun with her dear sister, Debbie. She was predeceased by her father, Michael Yacovelli, her brother, Larry Yacovelli, her brother-in-law, James Vernon III, and her niece and nephew, Crystal Vernon and James Vernon IV.

Yvonne is survived by her beloved mother, Ann (Gazzo) Yacovelli, her loving sister, Debbie Vernon, her dear brother, Michael Yacovelli and his wife, Cindy, and many cherished nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, extended family and friends. Yvonne will be deeply missed, but never forgotten. In respect of her wishes, Yvonne will be privately cremated.
