Obituary for Amy Stagner Amy Lynne Stagner, 51, of Johnson City, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, September 1, 2018. Amy is the daughter of Jim Stagner and the late Ann Gilley Stagner. In addition to her father, survivors in Amy’s immediate family include her sister, Janet Stagner Mominee, and her nephew, Eric Stagner Mosier.
