Angelina Angel Kring Smith, December 22, 1934 — February 17, 2019

Angelina “Angel”‘s Obituary Angelina”Angel” Kring Smith Angelina “Angel” Kring Smith, age 84, of Genoa, Arkansas, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, February 17, 2019. Mrs. Smith was born December 22, 1934 in Genoa, Arkansas and was a lifetime resident of Genoa. She retired from Wadley Regional Medical Center after fifteen years of service in the Administration Office.

She was a faithful and devoted member of Genoa Baptist Church. Angel was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend to many. She loved working with her flowers, and going to estate sales, always, looking for antiques to add to her collection.

She loved being involved in church activities and most important, had a love for Jesus and family. She was preceded in death by her husband, of forty-nine years, Benjamin Perry Smith, Sr She is survived by three sons and one daughter, Benjamin P. Smith, Jr. of Benton, Arkansas, Dennis Van Riper and his wife Vickie of Alexander, Arkansas, William Keith Smith and his wife Sharon of Benton, Arkansas, Marilyn Moore and her husband Terry of Fox, Arkansas, two sisters, Joyce Adams of Texarkana, Arkansas, and Sylvia Green of Fouke, Arkansas, five grandchildren, Krystal Perkins and her husband, Todd, Jesse Moore, Wesley Smith and his wife Lacie, Terry Yarberry and his wife Alyssa, Dana Wessel and her husband Keith, eleven great grandchildren and a host of friends and other relatives.

Funeral services will be 10:00 A. M. Thursday at Texarkana Funeral Home, Arkansas Chapel with Bro. Tom Williams officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 P. M. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Alliance Tri-State Area, 100 Memory Lane, Texarkana, Texas 75503.
