Annemarie Roe Boucher, age 49 of Bear Creek, formerly of Appleton, passed away Thursday, November 1, 2018 surrounded by her family following a lengthy illness. Throughout her lifetime, Annemarie survived cancer, a multi-organ transplant, and was battling renal failure toward the end of her life. Despite many trials, Annemarie had a sense of humor.

She was born in Ashland, WI on September 28, 1969 to the late Daniel J. and Constance A. (Mauro) Roe. She grew up in Glidden, WI. Annemarie worked in the ICU at St. Elizabeth Hospital.

She also attended school to become an ASL Interpreter. Annemarie loved turtles, Mountain Dew, and reading – but most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her granddaughters. She is survived by her daughter Beth Anne Roe, St. Paul, MN; two granddaughters: Arianna Fields and Olivia Kretche; 3 brothers: Daniel Roe, Chicago, IL, Steven Roe, Kankakee, IL, and Michael (Teresa) Roe, Wittenberg, WI.

She is further survived by nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her daughter Amanda Boucher and her parents. A memorial service will take place at 4 pm Saturday, November 10th at the Brettschneider Trettin-Nickel Funeral Chapel.

Friends may visit at the funeral chapel on Saturday from 2:30 pm until the time of service. A pot luck dinner will immediately follow. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.

The family would like to thank the ThedaCare at Home Hospice staff and the UPMC Transplant Team for the compassionate care given to Annemarie.
