Maldonado, 41, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 6, 2019. He was born in raised in Albuquerque, NM. As a young child Anthony spent many years working for the Albuquerque Dukes.

As a young man he became an avid fan of the Buffalo Bills and the Chicago Cubs. Several years ago Anthony moved to Denver, CO with his two daughters. He was a long time cook at Chili’s both in Albuquerque and Denver.

Being a resident of Colorado he was able to enjoy watching the Denver Broncos and Colorado Rockies. Anthony will be greatly missed by his loving family. He is survived by his father George Maldonado and Dennis Lang and mother Pearl Maldonado; daughters, Jasmine and Olivia; two brothers Daniel Maldonado and Ronnie Trujillo and Jessica; one sister Monique Maldonado and David; grandfather Frank Maldonado; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Anthony also had his extended family from various Chili’s locations in Denver, CO. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at New Beginnings Church of God, 3601 Montgomery Blvd. NE.
