Arlene B. Adkins, 81, of Davenport, IA, formally of Atkinson, IL, died at 10:12 p.m. on Thursday, September 20, 2018 at Unity Point Trinity Hospital, Rock Island, IL. Arlene was born October 29, 1936 in Geneseo, the daughter of Harvey and Bonnie (Wolf) Morton. She attended Geneseo schools.

Arlene married Larry Lee Adkins, he survives. Arlene is survived by her two sons, Wade Adkins, Davenport, IA, and Ronald (Theresa) Hansen; one grandson, Dan Hansen; two great-grandchildren, Phinnley and… Read More » Nicholas Hansen; one sister, Rita Phyfe, Geneseo. She was preceded in death by her parents; one son Ryan Adkins; one daughter in infancy, Ramone Adkins; one brother, Harvey Morton; two sisters, Vivian Wright, and Alvera Wachtel.

Arlene was a homemaker. She enjoyed Cherry Blossom Antiques Glassware, and riding motorcycles. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at Schueneman-Tumbleson Funeral Home, Kewanee.

Pastor Dan Craig to officiate. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery, rural Annawan.
