Audrey Rae Spivey Cameron, age 74, of Sanford, NC, passed away on Thursday, July 5, 2018 at First Health Moore Regional Hospital. She was born in Lee County on March 18, 1944, to the late Rupert Ray Spivey and Mary Margaret Lemons. Audrey was a retired nurse who spent many years caring for others.

She is survived by her daughter, Leigh Foley and husband, Kevin of Wilmington, NC; two grandchildren, Cameron and Dawson Wells; two sisters, Sherwin Kelly and husband, Roy of Sanford, NC and Mary Ciolli of Springdale, Arkansas; niece, Paula McKinney of Bentonville, Arkansas; nephews, Roy Kelly, Jr., Wayne Kelly, Anthony Kelly and Greg Kelly. Receiving of friends will be Sunday, July 8, 2018 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Center United Methodist Church fellowship hall with the funeral following in the church at 4:00 PM with Rev. Jarrod Davis officiating.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery. While flowers will be appreciated, you may also consider donations to Center United Methodist Church, 4141 S. Plank Road, Sanford, NC, 27330 and/or Clara McLean House, 20 1st Village Dr., Pinehurst, NC 28374.
