Obituary for Betty Lee Looney Betty Lee Looney, age 90, of the Baptist Valley section of Cedar Bluff, Virginia, passed away Monday, September 10, 2018 following a lengthy illness. She was born in Baptist Valley and was the daughter of the late Troy and Mae Tabor Hankins. She was a lifelong resident of the area and was a member of the Yost Freewill Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Rebecca Davis; one grandson, Brad Davis; six sisters; and two brothers. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Survivors are: Several Nieces and Nephews Best Friend: Ruth Altizer Funeral services for Betty Lee Looney will be conducted Thursday, September 13, 2018 at 2pm at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Home Chapel in Richlands, Virginia with the Rev.

Chuck Patterson officiating. Interment will follow at the Hankins Cemetery in Baptist Valley. Pallbearers will be: Jim Delp, Kevin Delp, Wayne Cochran, Lonnie Davis, Neil Davis, Cody Keen, and Richard Keen.
