Obituary for Linda Cordle Linda Cordle, age 59, of Richlands, Virginia, passed away Friday, September 7, 2018 in a Richlands, Virginia hospital. She was born in Richlands, Virginia and was the daughter of the late Claude and Gay Atkins Stuart. She worked at the Shell Mart at Claypool Hill, Virginia where she made many friends and always had a smile for everyone.

She was of the Holiness faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her soul mate and her forever love, Joe Bill Cordle; and one brother, Ronald Stuart. Survivors are: Three Sisters: Denise Hall of Rosedale, Virginia Brenda Lawson and husband, Les of Raven, Virginia Betty Brown and husband, Ray of Jewell Ridge, Virginia Two Brothers: Roy Stuart and wife, Valerie of Bristol, Tennessee Lee Stuart of Richlands, Virginia Several Nieces and Nephews; mother in law, Beatrice Shelton; sisters in law, Michelle Miller and Becky Ochoa; and brother in law, Terry Cordle also survive.

Funeral services for Linda Cordle will be conducted Sunday, September 9, 2018 at 7pm at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Chapel in Richlands, Virginia with the Rev. Dickie Plaster officiating. Entombment will follow on Monday, September 10, 2018 at 11am at the Clinch Valley Memorial Cemetery Mausoleum in Richlands, Virginia.

Pallbearers will be: Logan Ochoa, Zachary Stuart, Michael Hickman, Chris Kitts, Clinton Stuart, Mike Paul, and Randy Stowers. Friends may call after 6pm Sunday evening at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Home in Richlands, Virginia. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home for help with funeral expenses.
