Betty J. Cannon Betty Jean Cannon, 83 of Parkersburg, passed away November 28, 2018 at Worthington Care Center. She was born November 23, 1935 in Parkersburg, a daughter of the late Ephraim and Effie (Pratt) Davis. Mrs. Cannon was a bookkeeper for B & I Wholesale.

She was an avid sports fan and enjoyed watching the New England Patriots and West Virginia Mountaineers. She like to bowl and spend time with her family. Surviving are her two daughters: Susie Beanard (Ted) of Walker and Linda Cannon of Williamstown, grandsons: Josh, Luke and Zach and brothers: Dale Davis (Susie) and Edward Davis (Ruth), both of Parkersburg.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters: Grace and Marlene Davis and four brothers: John, Okey, Harold and Raymond Davis. Funeral services will be Friday 2PM at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg with Pastor Adam Myers officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens.
