Wm Michael Minear Wm Michael Minear, 71, of Little Hocking, OH went to be with The Lord November 18, 2018. He was born in Parkersburg, WV November 26, 1946 a son of the late William A. Minear and Eleanor Frances (Melrose) Minear. William was an Ordained Southern Baptist Minister and owned the Wellness Practice “Essence of Life Ministry”.

He loved the “Potter Shed” Bible study that he did at his home for 30 Years. He worked for BSSI for 30 years and The US Marshall Service. He is survived by his wife Deborah K. Godfrey Minear, son, Wm Michael Minear II (Doris King), daughter, Michelle Renee Reck, three step-children, Kelly Lynch (Shawn), James M. Minear (Allyson), J. Shane Minear (Cristy), two brothers, James L. Minear (Karin) and William A. Minear II (Beth), sister, Judith Carol Minear, 13 grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, David Mark Minear and Richard E. Minear. Memorial services will be held Saturday 6:00 PM at The Leavitt Funeral Home in Parkersburg with Bill Carpenter officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to service.
