Joyce Marian Davis, 78 of Belpre, Ohio died at the Marietta Memorial Hospital on November 3, 2018. She was born in Pleasants County, WV on October 30, 1940. She graduated from St. Marys High School in 1958.

She attended Business College for 2 years at East Liverpool, Ohio. She enjoyed her flower garden, quilting, geneology, scrap booking, crocheting and reading. She was a member of the Belpre Church of Christ.

She worked for Wilson Lumber Company in St. Marys, WV and retired from the Public Debt in Parkersburg. Survivors include her daughter Rochelle Lynn Davis of Belpre, six sisters, Doris Manley, Genevieve Shultz, Joy Baumgard, Janice (Gerald) Burns, Karen Holloway, Mary (Charles) Hunt, and one sister-in-law, Velma Davis. Also surviving are three brothers, Oran C. Davis, Charles W. Davis, Cecil D. Davis.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Marion and Annie Ellen Moore Davis, four sisters, Alice E. Fletcher, Clarice E. Little, Alberta L. Clegg, Carol A. Davis, six brother-in-laws, Cecil Fletcher, Dale L. Little, William Manley, Claude Shultz, Larry Baumgard, and Thomas Holloway and dear friends, Edna & Jake Ruckman. Services will be Saturday, November 10, 2018 at 1:00 PM at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Belpre with Ron Laughery officiating. Burial will follow in the Rockland Cemetery.
