Harold “Butch” Life Harold D. “Butch” Life Jr. 66 of Parkersburg, passed away November 18, 2018 at Camden Clark Medical Center following an extended illness. He was born January 24, 1952 in Parkersburg, a son of the late Caroline (Crooks) Masten and step father Charles Masten. Butch retired from the Boilermaker’s Local 667 after 30 years of service.

He was a 3rd Degree Knights of Columbus, Council 594. He was an avid golfer and former member of The Golf Club of WV and enjoyed spending time with family and friends, especially his grandsons. Surviving is his devoted wife of 45 years, MaryAnn (Mocilan) Life, two daughters: Danielle Butcher (Jamie) of Parkersburg and Brandy Worsham (Nathan) of Galena, OH, two brothers: Jeff Life (Martha Leeson) and Larry Masten (Janie), both of Parkersburg, two grandsons: Cohen and Dylan Worsham, several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his father Harold D. Life. Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday 10AM at Saint Margaret Mary Catholic Church with Reverend Steve Vallelonga officiating. Interment will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery.

Visitation will be Tuesday 2-4 and 6-8PM at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg with recitation of the Rosary at 7:30PM. Online guests may send condolences to the family by visiting www.
