Obituary for Bogdan Moch Bogdan “Bob” Moch, 72, of New Britain, husband of Theresa (Mattingly) Moch, passed away Tuesday (April 17, 2018) at the Hospital of Central CT. Born in Germany, Bob has been a New Britain resident since 1960. A New Britain High School graduate, Class of 1964, Bob received an accounting degree from the University of Hartford in 1970.

He was employed at National Amusements – Connecticut Office and was Theatre Manager of Showcase Cinemas in the area for 34 years, retiring in 2011. Bob was a member of St. Mary Ukrainian Orthodox Church in New Britain; was a Board Member of Senior Transportation of New Britain and Volunteered at the New Britain City Hall. Besides his loving wife of 38 years, Theresa, he leaves his brothers and sisters, John and Susan Mattingly of Meriden; Linda and Robert Bohannan of Unionville; Judith and Nathan Pollack of Cromwell; Darlene Mattingly and John Perry of Glastonbury; Stephen Mattingly of Webster, KY; Matthias and Mary Mattingly of Milford, NH; Barnabas and Karen Mattingly of Suwanee, GA; and Alice Crozier and Kirk Nicholson of Unionville; many nieces and nephews; and several cousins in the Ukraine.

Calling hours will be held Saturday (April 21) 9 to 10 AM at St. Mary Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 54 Winter Street, New Britain, CT 06051. Funeral service will follow calling hours at 10 AM. Burial will be in St. Mary Ukrainian Orthodox Cemetery, New Britain.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Mary Ukrainian Orthodox Church. The Carlson Funeral Home, New Britain is assisting with arrangements. Please share a memory or note of sympathy at www.
