Obituary for Boliver “Peanut” Caudill Mr. Boliver “Peanut” Caudill, age 71, of Lebanon, Virginia went to be with the Lord on Thursday evening (October 11, 2018) at his home following a courageous battle with cancer. Born February 3, 1947, he was a son of the late Edith Caudill Ling. He lived in Grundy for twenty-five years prior to moving to Honaker, Virginia in 1971 and had made his home in Lebanon, Virginia for the past eight years.

A devoted Christian, he was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ. He was never ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and was always willing to share his testimony and witness to others about the goodness and redemption of his Savior. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his step-father, Henry Ling; first wife, Betty Jean Ratliff Caudill; three sons, Stevie Allen Caudill, Scotty Dean Caudill and Boliver Daniel Caudill; his grandmother and step-grandfather, Thelma and George Tramell.

Survivors include his wife, Ruby Harris Caudill of the home; one daughter, Stephanie Dawn Caudill; four grandchildren, Brandy Caudill Miller and husband, Joel, Kaitlyn Caudill, Amy Caudill and Aaron Caudill; great-grandchildren, Levi Miller and Malachi Miller; several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 AM Monday in the Honaker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jackie Fields officiating.

Interment will follow in the Ketron Memorial Gardens in Lebanon, Virginia. Pallbearers will be Ryan Hart, Jeremy Ratliff, Joel Miller, Aaron Caudill, Gary Street, Stevie Street, Stevie Shortridge, Chris Suits and Kelvin Price. Jeffery Ratliff will serve as honorary pallbearer.

The family will receive friends after 6 PM Sunday at the Honaker Funeral Home where an evening song service will be conducted at 7 PM.
