Ms. Brenda Joyce Kilgore, 64, was called Home to her merciful Heavenly Father in His loving arms on Monday, March 18, 2019. A funeral service is scheduled for 12:00 pm Friday, March 22, 2019, at Lady’s Funeral Home Chapel. Rev.

William E. Moody will officiate. Interment will follow at Carolina Memorial Park in Kannapolis. The family will receive friends from 11 to 11:45 am Friday at Lady’s Funeral Home.

Ms. Kilgore was born September 17, 1954 in Mooresville. She was a daughter of the late Robert Lee Kilgore and Connie Mae Caskey Kilgore. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her three brothers, Leon Kilgore, Leonard Kilgore and Robert Junior Kilgore.

Ms. Kilgore is survived by her daughter, Tammy Kilgore of Concord; son, Jermaine Kilgore of Louisville, KY; sister, Brenda Mae Holloway of Durham; niece, Latasha Brown; nephew, Brian Holloway; and a number of cousins and great nieces an nephews.
