Obituary for CAROL (MALIWESKY) WERBECK Carol (Maliwesky) Werbeck, 77, of Syracuse, passed away Sunday at Upstate University Hospital. She was born in Syracuse and was a communicant of St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church. She was predeceased by her father, John Maliwesky and brother, Michael Maliwesky.

Carol is survived by her children; David (Liz Gardner) Werbeck, of Camillus, Daniel Werbeck, of Eastwood, Douglas (Katie) Werbeck, of Syracuse and Debra (Michael) Miller, of Baldwinsville, her mother; Julie Maliwesky, of Liverpool, grandchildren; Julia (Jason) Boone, Tiffany (Radley) Turner, Tyler Miller, Franklin Werbeck, Matthew Werbeck and Felicia (Sean) Nolan, great-grandchildren; Radley and Alexandria, and her brother; Jerry (Nancy) Maliwesky, of Dover, DE and her companion; Richard Marceau, of Syracuse. Funeral services will be held 9:30 am Wednesday at BAGOZZI TWINS FUNERAL HOME and 10:15 am at St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church, 207 Tompkins St, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. The Rite of Committal will follow in St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery, Syracuse.
