Obituary for Celia Arreguin Celia Arreguin, 88, of Beloit, WI, died Friday, December 28, 2018 in her home. She was born February 28, 1930 in Salvatierra Guanaguato, Mexico, the daughter of Consepsion and Mercedes (Bermudez) Arreguin, Celia married J. Luz Montero-Mosqueda on March 14, 1951 in El Ranchito, Guanaguato, Mexico. He predeceased her on April 11, 1993.

Celia was a homemaker who enjoyed putting her family first and cooking. She was a strong-willed woman and loved everyone she met. Survivors include her children, Toribio (Carrie) Montero, Jose (Janice) Montero, Baltazar Montero, Angel (Lori) Montero, Juana (Ernesto) Montero, Olga Montero, Sonia Montero, Lucha (Heath) Montero, Mercedes (Porfirio) Montero and Javier Alvarez; many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her parents and daughter, Maria de Jesus Montero. Funeral service for Celia will be at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, January 3, 2019 in the Daley Murphy Wisch & Associates Funeral Home and Crematorium, 2355 Cranston Road, Beloit, WI, with Fr. Michael Resop officiating.

Visitation of remembrance will be from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service Thursday in the funeral home. Burial will be on Friday in Mt. Thabor Cemetery, Beloit, WI.
