Charles’ Obituary Charles Henderson Everhart, 75, of Price Road in Lexington passed way peacefully on Thursday, March 28, 2019 at Hinkle Hospice House in Lexington. Funeral services will be held Noon on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at Davidson Funeral Home Chapel in Lexington officiated by Rev. Darren Everhart.

Burial will follow at National Cemetery in Salisbury with military honors by Davidson County Honor Guard. Visitation with family and friends will be held from 10:30 to 11:30 am Tuesday before the service at Davidson Funeral Home Lexington Chapel. Charles was born on May 16, 1943 in Davidson County to Casper Franklin Everhart and Vera Wafford Everhart.

He retired from American Airlines and previously retired from McLean Trucking. Charles proudly served his country in the US Air Force. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Ronald Everhart and sister, Carolyn Robertson.

Surviving are his loving wife, Christine Parker Everhart, of the home; son, Stephen Everhart (Laurie) of Winston-Salem; daughters, Katrina Hunt (Brian) of Lexington, Michelle Everhart of Bennettsville, SC; sister-in-law, Judy Everhart of Lexington; sister Tammy Craver (David) of Lexington; six grandchildren, Nikki, Hannah, Christian, Brianna, Jessica and Evan; and four great-grandchildren, Alexa, Brooklyn, Chandler and Alivia.
