Obituary for Charles S. Keeney Charles S. Keeney, Jr., 83 of Hallam, PA, died at Hershey Medical Center on October 12, 2018. He was the husband of the late Mary L. (Craul) Keeney. Born January 18, 1935 in Hellam Township, he was the son of the late Sarah (Wallick) and Charles S. Keeney, Sr. Charles retired as a foreman for Columbia Gas following over forty years of employment.

He was a member of Faith United Methodist Church in Hallam, PA, a social member of the Kreutz Creek Valley VFW Post 7045 of Hellam and a season ticket holder for the Hershey Bears Hockey for many years. Charles is survived by his five daughters, Diana M. Winter and her husband, David of Hallam, PA, Cindy Bowers and her husband, Blane of Mount Wolf, PA, Brenda Miller of York, PA, Alice Hake of Wrightsville, PA and Pamela Richards of Windsor, PA, eleven grandchildren and twenty one great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Faith United Methodist Church, 126 E. Market St. Hallam, PA 17406 with Pastor Vernon E. Shenberger officiating.

A viewing will be held from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the church. Burial will be in Mount Rose Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Faith United Methodist Church, 126 E. Market St. Hallam, PA 17406.
