Obituary for Mr. David Raleigh Lee David Raleigh Lee, 74, husband of Nancy Hightower Lee, of 417 E. Springwood Drive, Seneca, passed away, Sunday, April 29, 2018, at his home. A native of Seneca, SC, Mr. Lee was the son of the late Henry E. and Ilola Nix Lee. He was a US Army Vietnam Veteran, and a member of the American Legion and the Vietnam Veteran’s of America.

Mr. Lee retired from Greenfield Industries as a Maintenance Supervisor and was a member of Souls Harbor Baptist Church. In addition to his wife, Mr. Lee is survived by three sons: Davy Lee (Carmen), Charlie Lee, and Matthew Matheson (Sherry); daughter: Teresa Darnell; brother: Wayne Lee (Janet); two sisters: Ann Justice (Clayton) and Melissa ton (Roger); eleven grandchildren: Dalton Matheson, Patty Lee, Anna Lee, Kristain Price, Cameron Price, Jordan Butts, Haley Butts, Lance Ramey, Thomas Matheson, Olivia Matheson, and Brandy Hester: and two great-grandchildren: Logan Hester and Dakota Hester. In addition to his parents, Mr. Lee was preceded in death by two brothers: Wallace Lee and Ronnie Lee; and a sister: Janet D. Lee.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Tuesday, May 1, 2018 in the Chapel of Davenport Funeral Home with entombment to follow at Heritage Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday, April 30, 2018 at Davenport Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Soul’s Harbor Baptist Church, 9500 Long Creek Hwy, Westminster, SC 29693; or to Hands of Mercy Hospice, P.O. Box 8427, Seneca, SC 29678.
