On July 11th 2018, Donna Jean James-Mann left this world to explore the universe with her children and husband by her side. Donna had an extraordinary love for her family and adored any and all animals, especially her two companion dogs, Baby and Raggy, who were always by her side. Donna was born January 7th, 1964 to Margaret and John Mann in Great Falls Montana.

She was the youngest of eight children. Donna attended and graduated nursing school in Great Falls, Montana. It was her destiny to care for others.

Donna had the biggest most beautiful heart of gold and a passionate, fierce soul. Her humor was unmatchable, quite entertaining and you just couldn’t help but giggle. On August 4th 1984 Donna welcomed her first born into this world, a daughter, Lana.

Only a year later, on August 9th 1985, Donna welcomed her second daughter, Lindsey into this world. On May 2nd 1989 Donna welcomed her youngest child, a boy, Eddie. Donna’s children were everything to her.

From the time they were born through adulthood they were always her babies and she was always their mommy. The bond and relationship with her children was incredible and unbreakable. There was nothing they wouldn’t do for each other.

Donna endured challenges and obstacles throughout her life but she made the best of every situation and conquered all. Her strength was unimaginable and an example to never give up. Donna was preceded in death by her parents, John and Margaret Mann.

Her brothers Richard Mann, John Mann and sister in law Yvonne Mann (Happy) all of Great Falls, Montana and her beloved 4 legged best friend, Dakota. She is survived by her husband, Daniel James of Ogden, Utah. Her daughter and son in law, Lana (Cody) Sparks of North Ogden.

Her daughter and son in law Lindsey (Keri) Smith of Clearfield, Utah. Son and daughter in law Eddie (Macey) List of Roy, Utah. Sister, Beverly Bryan of Great Falls, Montana and lots of wonderful nieces and nephews.

She had 4 gorgeous granddaughters, Julia Smith, Laila Sparks, Cambria Sparks and Chloe Sparks who called her NeNe and they were her joy! Out of respect for Donna’s wishes, there will be no funeral services. Donna wishes for her remains to be taken everywhere with her children and spread across the world.
