Mr. Smith was born July 17, 1956, in Lawrence County, Ohio, a son to the late Earl Wayne and Susie (Brammer) Smith. Mr. Smith was a graduate of Ironton High School and was a veteran of the United States Air Force.

He was a retired construction worker and was a self-employed Independent Contractor. He was of the Baptist faith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by: brother: Larry Smith He is survived by: two daughters: Trisha Sue Smith of Ashland, KY and Jessica Lynn (Brad) Smith Mulder of Shelbyville, KY grandson: Jamison Franklin of Rush, KY granddaughter: Karri Lynn Mulder of Shelbyville, KY Graveside service will be 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at Woodmere Cemetery, 2701 Washington Blvd, Huntington, WV 25705.
