Edna A. Pettis, 62, of Windsor and formerly of Vestal died at the home of her daughter June 11, 2018. She is survived by her children: Kimberly Crooks (Ronn Stevens) of Binghamton, Rebecca Rought (Ronald Jones) of Conklin, Christina Frost of Binghamton, Dennis Fitch (April) of Binghamton, Carl Fitch (Sirena Copp) of Binghamton, Imogene Springer (Richard) of Windsor, Cindy Fortner of Cortland, Denise Stringer (Richard) of NC and James Gould of NC. She is also survived by 35 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, her siblings: Carol, Mary Jane, Joanne, Eloise, Richard, Luanna and Paula, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Edna was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, daughter of Carl and Cecelia (Very) Button, both now deceased. She was also predeceased by her husband Dennis Fitch, Sr and one son William Backus For many years she lived in Vestal before moving to be with her daughter Imogene. Edna loved Karaoke and spending time with her family and friends.

Funeral services will be 11:00 am Monday at the Hopler & Eschbach Funeral Home, 483 Chenango St. Binghamton. Pastor Debra Wilson of the Comfort Ministry will officiate. Burial will follow in Spring Forest Cemetery in Binghamton.
