Elaine Eggleston Kennedy, 76 Clearfield, UT passed peacefully at Rocky Mountain Care Center, on Sunday September 9, 2018, with family by her side. She was a faithful wife to her late husband Frederick A. Kennedy. Elaine and Frederick were active members of the LDS church, and were married on July 9th 1971 in the Salt Lake City temple.

She was a loving mother to her children, but also to many others who came into her life. She was a caring grandmother to her 13 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren. Elaine was a school teacher for many years.

She was the daughter of Theron and Emily Eggleston. She survived by her five sons, three daughter in laws, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her sister, Ruth Ferrin; brother in law, Roy Ferrin; and son, Rick Kennedy.

There will be a viewing on September 21st at the LDS church at 838 E 600 So in Clearfield from 9:30 am to 10:30 am. The services will start at 11:00 am followed by a grave side at Utah Veterans Memorial Park. 17001 Camp Williams Rd, Bluffdale, UT.
