Obituary for Jeffrey Thomas Coursey Jeffrey Thomas Coursey, 67 passed away July 10, 2018 in Ogden, UT as a result of injuries from being hit by a car. He was born May 5, 1951 in Joliet, IL to Thomas Halloway and Rita Bernice Hare Coursey. He grew up in Aurora, IL where he received his elementary education and graduated from Marmion Military Academy.

He went on to attend University of Ohio in Dayton, OH. He moved to Utah to attend Weber State University and has resided in Utah ever since. Jeffrey was a Christian.

He was an avid reader and was an outgoing and friendly person. He is survived by his Brother: James M. Coursey (Tonya). He was preceded in death by his parents and a Special Aunt Mildred Ness.
