Ellis Blain Alexander, Jr., 61, of Bristol, VA passed away Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at his home. He was born in Bristol, TN on January 24, 1958. He was preceded in death by his father, Ellis Blain Alexander, Sr

He was a Christian and had been self employed as a plumber. He liked watching Westerns and playing with his dog “Taco”. His skills included plumbing and electrical work.

Ellis is survived by his wife, Jackie Slagle Alexander; two sons, David Clayton and wife Ashley and Joshua Alexander; one grandchild, Molly Clayton; mother, Glenna Jean Neal Alexander; sister, Marcia Alexander Tiller and husband John; and brother, David Charles Alexander and wife Lisa; and several nieces and nephews. Arrangements will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to your local animal shelter.
