Emily’s Obituary Emily June Cline, 74, previously a resident of Harrisonburg, passed away on Monday, May 20, 2019 at Grace Health and Rehab of Greene County. Miss Cline was born on May 15, 1945 in Rockingham County and was the daughter of the late Charles Newton Cline and Virginia Jones Cline Gordon. She worked as a receptionist for Walker Manufacturing.

She later moved to Baltimore Maryland before returning to the valley when her health began to decline. Surviving is her siblings, Nolan L. Cline and wife Mary Lieu of Rockingham, C. Nelson Cline and wife Diane of McGaheysville, Bonnie C. Nicholas and Greg of Broadway and a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Miss Cline was preceded in death by a sister, Ellen C. Riffe; a sister-in-law, Libby L. Cline step-brother, Mearl L. Kenneth Gordon; and two step-sisters, Betty Byrd and Gaylene Todd A graveside service will be held at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens on Thursday, May 23, 2019 at 2 p.m. with Pastor Guy Hudson Officiating.

The casket will be closed, however friends are welcome to visit the funeral home at anytime. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Melrose Church of the Brethren, 20 Trinity Church Road, Harrisonburg, Virginia 22802. Online condolences may be made to the family by visiting www.
