Evelyn M. (Sharp) Rominski September 15, 1945 – May 7, 2018 Evelyn M. (Sharp) Rominski, 72, residing in Sandusky, passed away early Monday morning, May 7, 2018 at home. Evelyn was born on September 15, 1945 in Lima, OH to the late Stanley and Margaret (Riebel) Sharp. Evelyn retired from a long career at Double S Industries.

She was a member of First Christian Church and was very active at the Erie County Senior Center. In her spare time, she enjoyed painting, bird… Read More » watching, playing bingo, shopping, getting her hair done and spending time with her friends. Evelyn is survived by her three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; cousin, Cynthia Vulgamore and many other relatives, many special friends, especially Jennifer Kessler and MaryAnn Fritz.

In addition to her parents, Evelyn is preceded in death by her husband, Walter Rominski in 2004 and four brothers. Friends may call on Monday, May 14, 2018 at 10:00 am until the time of funeral services at 11:00 am at Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1607 E Perkins Ave, Sandusky. Pastor Don Spulock will officiate.

Burial will be in Grand Prairie Cemetery, Marion, OH. The family and friends would like to thank the Renaissance House for their care and love for Evelyn throughout the years. Those wishing to contribute to Evelyn’s memory may do so to Renaissance House, 233 E. Water St., Sandusky, OH 44870.
