Obituary for Frances E. Wooten Frances Ella Wooten, 88, of Fort Payne, passed away Saturday, October 27, 2018. She was born May 22, 1930 to the late John Daniel and Vera Mae Spears Kuykendall. She was retired from Johnson Hosiery Mill and was a member of Mount Carmel Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be 4 p.m. Sunday at Wilson Funeral Home with burial following in Town Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 1 until 4 p.m. She is survived by her children, Dewey Ray Sparks, Linda Sterling and husband, Joe, Ron Sparks and Penny Armstrong, Sandra White and husband, Roger, Jackie Jarmon and husband, Hayden, and Debbie Lynn; brother, Johnny Kuykendall and wife, Brenda; grandchildren, Aimee Skelton, Jon Sparks, Sherrie Lankford, Terry Casey, Misty Hall, Ron “Sparky” Sparks, II, Luke Sparks, and David Wooten; 13 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Wooten; grandson, William Sparks; and nephew, David Kuykendall.
