Frances Louise Heiser, 84, of York, PA, entered peacefully into God’s eternal care Sunday, June 10, 2018 at home with her loving family by her side. Born April 3, 1934 in East Berlin, PA, she was the daughter of the late Claude E. and Esther M. (Kroft) Wrights. Frances was the loving wife of the late Frank A. Heiser, with whom she shared twenty-four years of marriage, until his passing on June 28, 2003.

Frances was a 1952 graduate of East Berlin High School. She retired in May 1999, having worked for over twenty-seven years as a supervisor for St. Gobain. Frances loved spending time with her family, reading books and doing puzzles.

Frances is survived by her children, Dale E. Sharp of Peekskill, NY, and Frances M. Drawbaugh of York, PA; one granddaughter, Kristin S. Drawbaugh; a great-granddaughter, Florence F. Payton; and two sisters, Kathleen Brown and Lena Reichert, both of Hanover, PA. She was preceded in death by a son, Jeffrey F. Sharp; nine brothers; and four sisters. Following cremation, services will be private and at the convenience of the family.

Burial will be in Fort Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. The family has entrusted the funeral arrangements to the Kenworthy Funeral Home, Inc., 269 Frederick Street, Hanover, PA. Memories and condolences may be shared at www.
